SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL

Is an advanced coating treatment designed to im- prove the efficiency of foam air filters. The product contains polymeric additives which provide a hyper- tacky surface which resists the ingress of the most pervasive sand, dust and water without affecting engine breathing. SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL has been developed to provide outstanding engine protection even in the most severe conditions. It reduces the risk of breakdown and helps extend engine life. This advanced formula is free from chlorinated solvents and will not damage the foam filter construction, or airbox materials.

Independently tested at MIRA, SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL gave better dust retention than any other product on the market without restricting air- flow.

SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL is a low viscosity treatment making it easy to achieve complete cov- erage. As the solvent evaporates the product be- comes more viscous and forms the highly tacky/ad- hesive surface coating.

SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL should be re- newed regularly for optimum protection using the method outlined under directions for use.

NOTE: Replace screw top immediately after use (to avoid evaporation).

SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER CLEANER SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER CLEANER is a highly effective, water rinsable cleaner formulated specifi- cally for cleaning foam filters. SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER CLEANER easily removes dirt, dust, soil, grease and grime, extending the life of filters. SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER CLEANER is also suit- able for many other cleaning tasks including the de- greasing of engine parts and the removal of stub- born oil based marks.

SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER CLEANER is far safer and less costly than using petrol. Being water washable it gets the foam filter substantially cleaner and is compatible with all foam filter construction materials and adhesives.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Cleaning – Immerse filter in the SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER CLEANER and agitate to remove dirt and contaminated oil. Rinse with water, squeeze out and allow to dry.

Oiling - Soak thoroughly in SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL, squeeze or drain to remove excess and allow to dry to a tacky consistency before re-in- stalling in the airbox and running the engine.
